OddsOfBlackjack is decision-support software for blackjack, built on the exact remaining shoe.

It evaluates the current game state and shows the Expected Value of each available action. It does not operate a casino, accept wagers, or guarantee wins or financial results.

What the application does

Available today.

You configure the table rules, enter the cards as they are exposed, and OOB updates the state and the calculations. How each value is produced is described in the Methodology.

Hit, Stand, Double, Split and Surrender where available, per original bet, with the highest-EV action.

The selected rules — such as the hole-card rule, soft 17, doubling, splitting, surrender and payout — are part of the evaluated state.

Bet

Suggested Initial Bet

From the pre-bet EV estimate and the balance you confirm, fixed for the round. This rule has not been tested on a simulated track.

Verification is internal. Independent third-party validation has not been performed.
No real-play or real-money results are published. Simulated results are not real play.
Action EVs are computed under documented conditioning conventions; they are a model of the hand, not an exact physical calculation of every situation.
The pre-bet EV is an estimate; its internal audit (V-009) has not reached a verdict.
Open discrepancies are listed in the Validation Register.
The results depend on entering the cards and the table rules correctly.
Expected Value describes mathematical expectation, not guaranteed results. Gambling involves risk.
