Prices displayed on the website are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Applicable VAT or local taxes will be calculated at checkout based on the customer's country of residence. The final price, including taxes, will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

OddsOfBlackjack shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred while using the Service. The Service provides analysis tools only — all decisions and their consequences remain the sole responsibility of the user.
We collect and process your personal data (email, username, session data) solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to misuse the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
